1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, digital products, tools, and services provided by Reset Protocol, Inc. (“Reset Protocol,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including 3mreset.com and the services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).

By checking an assent box or otherwise affirmatively agreeing to these Terms when they are presented to you, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not complete the applicable purchase or use the applicable Service.

2. Scope of Service & Educational Purpose

Reset Protocol provides digital frameworks, daily planning systems (3M Daily OS), interactive troubleshooting tools (REWIRE), and printable action cards (Reset Cards) focused on personal productivity and behavioral implementation concepts. All tools and content provided on 3mreset.com are for educational and personal productivity use only. They do not constitute medical, fitness, physical therapy, or mental health advice.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK — PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

The 3M structure includes Movement as a core anchor. Movement may include walking, stretching, standing, mobility, or other physical activity. Strenuous physical activity is not required.

Reset Protocol provides general educational and personal-productivity guidance and does not determine what type, intensity, duration, or frequency of physical activity is safe or appropriate for any individual.
You voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with physical activities you choose to perform while using Reset Protocol tools. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release Reset Protocol and its operators from claims arising from the ordinary risks associated with those chosen activities, including personal injury or aggravation of a pre-existing condition, except where such liability cannot legally be waived.
You are responsible for considering your own physical circumstances and consulting a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing physical activity.

4. Fees and Refund Policy

Purchases of all products from Reset Protocol, including the 3M Daily OS, REWIRE, and Reset Cards digital packages, are backed by our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with these tools for any reason, you may request a full refund by contacting info@3mreset.com within thirty (30) calendar days of your initial purchase date. Your personal, non-transferable license to use the refunded digital asset terminates upon refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership Limits

All copyrightable content contained in Reset Protocol products—including original text, graphics, custom card layouts, illustrations, designs, and software code— is owned by or licensed to Reset Protocol, Inc. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not distribute, duplicate, resell, or publicly share these materials. This protection applies to the original creative expression of our tools and does not claim exclusive ownership over abstract underlying behavioral science concepts, public research methods, or general operational frameworks.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reset Protocol, Inc. and his agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, business data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

(a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the services;
(b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or
(c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
